How to book your time slot:
1. Refer to the available shoe trial size list and ensure your preferred size is available.
2. Select the HOKA model you'd like to trial.
3. Choose your preferred date and time slot.
4. Click "Add to Cart".
5. Enter the discount code HOKAFEST at checkout
6. Ensure the total reflects RM0 before completing checkout
Once the code is applied and the order is complete, your booking is confirmed!
Please present your Order ID to our staff when you arrive at the store.
HOKA FEST Shoe Trial – Waiver & Release of Liability
(Organised by GM Sports Sdn Bhd, trading as Sprint)
By registering for this campaign, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following:
1. Ownership
All trial shoes are provided solely for testing purposes and do not constitute a loan, rental, or transfer of ownership. All trial shoes remain the sole property of GM Sports Sdn Bhd (trading as Sprint) at all times.
2. Eligibility & Registration
I agree to provide a valid identification document (NRIC/Passport) and any required registration details before collecting a trial pair. Sprint reserves the right to refuse or cancel any shoe trial at its sole discretion.
3. Collection & Return
Trial shoes may only be collected during the designated booking time. The shoes must be returned within 2 hours of collection and no later than the end of my booked time slot. Late returns may result in suspension from future shoe trial programmes and/or additional charges where applicable.
4. Permitted Use
Trial shoes are intended only for walking or running on roads, running tracks, and pavements. They must not be used on trails, in muddy or excessively dirty conditions, or for any activity that may cause unnecessary wear or damage. If the shoes are returned excessively dirty due to use in prohibited conditions, Sprint reserves the right to charge a reasonable cleaning fee.
5. Non-Transferability
Trial shoes are issued solely to the registered participant and must not be lent, transferred, borrowed, or used by any other person during the trial period.
6. Responsibility for Trial Shoes
I accept full responsibility for the safekeeping of the trial shoes from the time of collection until they are returned and accepted by Sprint staff. Any loss, theft, non-return, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in me being charged up to the full retail value of the trial shoes. Sprint's assessment of the condition of the shoes upon return shall be final for the purpose of determining excessive wear, damage, or any applicable cleaning charges.
7. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
I acknowledge that participation in the Shoe Trial Programme is voluntary and that running and other physical activities involve inherent risks. I participate entirely at my own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge GM Sports Sdn Bhd (trading as Sprint), its directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and venue owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death that may occur before, during, or after the shoe trial, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless GM Sports Sdn Bhd (trading as Sprint), its directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and venue owners against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from my actions, negligence, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or participation in the Shoe Trial Programme.
